Brand New, Fully Equipped Veterinary Surgery
Full Service Primary Care
Hill City Vets provides consultations by appointment daily to address all of your pets needs from routine vaccinations and health checks through to the management of acute and chronic ailments of your pet. We can tailor treatment plans to suit your needs.
Pet Travel
We provide pet travel services to both EU and non-EU countries. Our experience team will assist you with vaccinations, pre-export examinations and documentation of necessary paperwork for a smooth and straightforward journey. Home Visits
If your furry friend finds coming into the clinic very stressful, we can visit you to provide treatment from the comfort of your own home. We also offer home visits for euthanasia, a compassionate and welcome service for many of our pets.
General Surgery
Hill City Vets provides all types of general surgery in our dedicated surgery suite. From routine neutering to more complex procedures we also provide necessary post-operative care in our dedicated dog and cat wards.
Dentistry Including Full Dental Radiography
As well as providing preventative dental care and advice, Hill City Vets has a full service dental suite complete with dental radiography. The vets and nurses maintain dental CPD and training so that we can provide the most up to date procedures for your pets.
In House Laboratory
We have a full service laboratory in the clinic that includes haematology and biochemistry blood machines, urinalysis, microscopy and clinical pathology. We can also monitor therapeutic drug levels for long term medications and perform in-house faecal exams.
Ultrasound
We have a new, state of the art ultrasound machine that enables us to have an in-depth view of internal organs. It is a non-invasive and useful tool for diagnosing a variety of conditions, as well as providing pregnancy scans and collecting samples.
Laparoscopic Surgery
A less invasive surgical option for neutering and other procedures is provided through laparoscopy in house. It allows for less surgical time as well as improved recovery and preoperative pain management. We will be offering this service in the coming months.
Pet Wellness Plan
To enable pet owners to spread the cost of routine preventative care, we have our own Hill City Vets annual membership with more manageable monthly payments. We aim to provide the best preventative treatment package that includes vaccinations and annual health check, plus flea and worm medication at a more affordable price. We also offer a Wellness Plan Plus that includes unlimited vet and nurse consultations.
